By installing and using the GPS-Photo Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.
GPS-Photo is a browser extension that allows users to write GPS metadata into JPEG photos. All image processing is performed locally in your browser. We do not host, store, or process your images on our servers.
The Extension is available in a free version with basic features and a Pro version with additional features. Pro features require a valid license key purchased through Gumroad. Subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly) automatically renew until cancelled. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the Extension without permission.
Refund requests are handled by Gumroad in accordance with their refund policy. Please contact Gumroad support for refund inquiries.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss or damage resulting from the use of the Extension. Always keep backups of your original photos.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
